I've spent the better part of 15 years in the Learning and Development space...you may know this as training, but it is so much more!

Like many in this field, I happened upon it and fell in love with the work, where I get the opportunity to build and create, motivate and collaborate. 

Many organizations overlook this critical part of the business where I believe the magic happens. 

Learning & development holds the keys that unlock success in business at an individual and team level. I've learned how to use these keys and create other missing keys to unlock this potential.
